To My Fellow Lip balm Fanatics!!
There are so many lip balm lovers out there and I am definitely one of you. The feeling, the texture, the ever long-lasting moisture that sits on your lips and, the flavour. I use it frequently every day - both for the love and the benefits of it - and consider it an essential part of my day to day life. Now-a-days, everyone tries to live an eco lifestyle, so here we present an eco-friendly lip balm.
Not too long ago, I found myself becoming more and more cautious about my health and what I was putting in and on my body. I started reading more labels, checking the ingredients and researching the methods of how products we consume are created. To put it mildly, it's a little scary sometimes to find out what we are really taking in.
As a result, I changed many of my consumers habits and my consumers demanded a lip balm which is chemical free. It's very important for me now to keep safe and healthy - as I'm sure it is for you - so I decided that if I had no organic option for my beloved lip balm, that I would make my own! That way I would know exactly what my body is absorbing so frequently and I would also know where my money is being spent.
With a lot of passion and tenacity I started researching various recipes, and their organic ingredients, and through trial and testing I eventually came up with something great! It wasn't only organic, it was smoother, more flavourful and longer lasting. At that time, I would make small batches for myself using a variety of little containers and bring one with me everywhere I went - that definitely saved me time and travel to stores.
Eventually my friends, family and even coworkers noticed I was using something different and asked about it - turns out there are lots of lip balm lovers out there - and when they tried it for themselves they loved it so much that they asked me to make them some too. I took that as a good sign. From there, the idea of getting this wonderful, safe, 100% organic creation out to more than just my friends and loved ones was a natural progression.
With the recipe firmly in place, I felt I needed equally great containers and a way to get them out there. Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world - some can grow as much as two feet per day - making it a fantastic renewable wood-alternative that is just as strong and natural. I felt it was the best material for the container and now that I have them I think they're super cute, exotic and totally unique.
That brings us to today and the creation of this website. In addition to making the lip balm and the containers for it, I felt that the best way to reach as many people as possible would of course be the internet. Fast, easy, and direct, anyone can order and enjoy it every day.
CoCaBee is raw, natural and organic, and as a lip balm fanatic, I love it! Like so many of us, I learn more and more about our crazy world every day, and the one resounding philosophy that everyone can agree on is that organic is the way to bee!!!
